Moving an existing clinic

Relocating is a different job from opening fresh. We plan the move so the old office keeps working until the last day, move and reconnect equipment over a weekend or evening where possible, transfer phone numbers and internet, and test every workstation, printer and device before patients arrive on the first morning in the new space.

Working with your contractor and vendors

We give your contractor clear cabling and power requirements so the walls close on the right wiring. We coordinate with your practice software vendor on install dates and with equipment vendors on how imaging devices connect, so the pieces arrive in the right order and nothing waits on anything else.

Internet installs can take weeks to book, so we order service early and test it before move-in.

Optometry and physio fit-outs

Optometry clinics need wired connections and dedicated workstations for diagnostic equipment, plus a payment terminal for eyewear sales. Physio clinics often rely on laptops and tablets that move between rooms, so Wi-Fi coverage and device encryption matter more. Our checklist guide covers both.
